Solar & Energy Group Holdings (PTY) LTD was established in 2021 by Andile Khulele Sqwepu to address South Africa’s and Africa’s power concerns, while having a positive impact on the environment.

South Africa has been experiencing one of the worst energy crises in the region. The nation's ageing coal-powered stations are not coping with demand, leading to daily blackouts that can last for hours.

Our goal is to save YOU, our natural resources, and our Earth while giving you the ease of alternative power backup. Solar energy for business and commercial applications is cost-effective and reduces environmental footprint.

The future of electricity is unpredictable, but it will continue increasing dramatically. Solar power works by converting sunlight into electricity. This electricity can be used in your home or stored in a battery. Once the battery is full, excess power can be sent to the grid.
